PMAC is the principal source of training, education and professional development for supply chain management professionals in Canada.
Education and member development programs are delivered through the Provincial and Territorial Institutes, supported by the PMAC National office.
- Certified Professional Purchaser (C.P.P.) accreditation. The highest achievement in professional supply chain management education in Canada. Earn your C.P.P. designation by completing the Strategic Supply Chain Management Leadership Program. This program is for management-level professionals.
- A series of courses and seminars in supply management. This package provides
a tactical level of training in the principles, practices and processes of supply management. It is scheduled to launch in Fall 2009. The audience is entry
to mid-level practitioners.
- A wide-ranging line up of continuing education. These offerings present specialized information on timely trends and innovations in the field. Update
your skill set with ongoing professional development.

PMAC is closely allied with post-secondary institutions across the country. In 1993, PMAC established Canada's first academic chair in purchasing at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
